Stick it int...Use guitar string rather than a pin. Stick it into the torso of the figure with a pair of pliers. Then cut the excess guitar string off. Saves having to drill holes and you don't lose the wire bit when you cut it. Use gap filling superglue on the "post" sticking out of the torso and insert the new head. Done. Good conversion work you have done there!
